	Heated In-Ground Swimming Pool The heated in-ground swimming pool and large sunning deck is situated directly next to and above the lake. Take a dip or just sit by and relax, taking in the breathtaking views
	Sandy Beach on Private Bay A huge sandy beach on private Orcutt Bay is the perfect place to relax or watch the kids play. Loads of sand toys are on site for the kids to dig, build and pour. If swimming in the lake is what you enjoy, crystal clear Orcutt Bay is ideal. The bottom of the bay is shallow and sandy. As a result the water is warmer than other parts of the lake. Because no boats are allowed, the bay is one of the safest places to swim on Lake George. You will not find a swimming area like it at any Lake George hotel, motel or home rental.
	Swimming Platform The swimming platform is located just off the end of the boat docks (not shown). For those that like deeper waters and hanging out on the dock, the swim platform is for you.
	Boat Docks Who says boating can't be easy? During your stay, you will have access to a dock for your boat up to 24 feet. Dozens of local nearby launches can help get your boat in the lake. Once it's in, you can store your trailer in a designated area at Cannon Point specifically for this purpose.
	Camp Fire Pit Once evening breaks, the camp fire pit is where you'll want to be. Start a roaring fire and cozy up with a friend or loved one. Don't forget the marshmallows!
	Barbeque Grills and Picnic Tables If you're into grilling, Cannon Point is your place. Charcoal grills can be found throughout the grounds as can picnic tables. Cook out and watch the sun set on top of the Manor House cliffs as you wind down the day. The views are the best on the lake.
	Kayak Beach and Orcutt Bay If you're into kayaking, make sure you bring yours along. Keep your Kayak stored here during your stay and enjoy the serenity of Orcutt Bay to start and end your voyage. For the more adventurous, Lake George awaits!
	Walking Trails If you're looking for a little exercise, you can stroll through the expansive walking paths at Cannon Point. For those looking for adventure, and part of history, there is a 2.5 acre forever wild point which extends out into the lake. Narrow trails wind through the woods, originally created by the Indians hundreds of years ago.
	Playground Let the kids unwind on the swings and playset located near the tennis courts. Here the kids can play in a quiet, safe environment right within the complex.
	Basketball, Shuffleboard and More... Whether you like basketball, shuffleboard, badminton or another recreational sport, all the equipment is here for you to let the kids loose or become a kid again yourself.
	Tennis Courts Tennis lovers bring your rackets. You'll have plenty of time to sharpen your game at Cannon Point. These high quality courts are just what you need to get a little exercise and enjoy the stress free mindset of playing while you're away.
	The Manor House Recreation Center You'll step back in time when you step into the Manor House. This 'one of a kind' pearl of Cannon Point was one of the original homes on Lake George's prestigious 'Millionaire's Row.' Live like former U.S. Supreme Court Judges and their fellow elite watching the sunrise on the porch of the manor house with the newspaper and a cup of coffee. Other amenities at the manor house include a pool table, card tables, television, barbeque grills, books for reading and more.
