	The Condominium The spacious 2-story, non-smoking rental condominium is located on the second and third floors of the building. It includes almost 1500 square feet of living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Included in the unit is a galley kitchen with full-sized appliances, large eating area, great room, terrace, 2 large bedrooms, 2 fireplaces and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and downstairs living space provide a climate-controlled vacation environment. The unit is situated lakefront with a few of the sandy beach and Orcutt Bay of Lake George, NY. Please note that Cannon Point is an elevator free community.
	Great Room The spacious Great Room features seating, large coffee table and large elevated fireplace area. The 8 foot patio door provides a large amount of natural light or a large screened opening for a warm summer breeze. Adjacent to this area is a convenient 1/2 bathroom.
	Great Room Fireplace The Great Room Fireplace is a true wood burning adirondack fireplace. The natural wood facade provides a cool ambiance in summer or warm and inviting centerpiece for a hot winter blaze after a day on the slopes. The elevated hearth base provides additional informal seating when a warm crackling fire is not on the night's agenda.
	Terrace There is no better way to enjoy the serenity of Lake George than by sipping your morning coffee from the terrace, taking in its view. The view from the terrace faces the sandy beach and Orcutt Bay if you want to keep an eye on the little ones during the day. You can also see the fire pit.
	Kitchen and Dining Room Whether you're preparing a full home-cooked meal for your 'night-in' with the family or just a quiet pot of coffee to enjoy with your significant other, the full kitchen will meet all of your needs. In addition to cookware, appliances, microwave and coffee maker, there is also a washer and dryer to clean off the day's adventures. The huge eating area and table can seat 6 comfortably and 8 if you really want to 'get to know each other' during your adirondack vacation.
	Master Bedroom At night, retreat upstairs to the quiet master bedroom whose large windows face beautiful Orcutt Bay. The master bedroom boasts a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, dressers, a large fireplace and its own vanity area for maximum efficiency. A private attached bathroom with toilet and full shower/bathtub provides full privacy and convenience.
	Master Bedroom Fireplace For those seeking a romantic winter retreat, where better place to unwind than in your cozy bed in front of a hot traditional Adirondack fire. As the bedroom air fills with the warmth and smell of burning logs, the stress of the real world will melt away and your body and mind will be gently lulled to sleep.
	Master Bedroom Vanity and Bathroom What more could you ask for? A place to take care of your most personal needs is nestled directly off the master bedroom. Unlike a Lake George hotel, you can enjoy privacy and convenience without having to disrupt others.
	Bedroom 2 - The Sailing Room Guests can enjoy a quiet rest or a lakeside slumber party in the spacious sailing themed room. This oversized bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with its queen sized bed and day bed which includes both top and pull-out full sized mattresses. The room also has dressers and a closet to comfortably unpack the week's lake wear. The sailing room also includes a separate entrance/exit to the building stairwell for added convenience.
	Bedroom 2 Vanity and Bathroom If spaciousness is not enough, bedroom 2 includes it's own private vanity area and adjoining bathroom. To get out and enjoy Lake George, the bathroom includes both a toilet and full shower/bathtub so that guests may enjoy privacy while others prepare at the vanity.
